We are proud to be hosting our 5th Annual Golf Outing! All proceeds of our 4 man scramble will benefit the New Community Shelter of Green Bay.You can get all the details and purchase your tickets below:

Date: Friday, June 1st, 2018

Time: 9:00AM registration and 10:00AM shotgun start

Location: Mid Vallee Golf Course

Price: $320.00 per team ($80.00 per golfer)

Price Includes: 18 holes of golf and cart, driving range and putting green, lunch at the turn, 2 drinks on the course, longest drive contest, closest to the pin contest, dinner at Anduzzi’s of Howard after event, door prizes at dinner, and 50/50 raffle.

We will be offering $10 shuttle bus tickets from Anduzzi’s of Howard. This bus will take golfers to the course at 8:45AM and bring them back after the event. We encourage all golfers to join us after the golfing has ended for a fantastic dinner, raffle prizes, and fun back at our Howard location.

We ask that all groups sign up as a foursome to avoid any confusion and grouping of teams. The cost will be $320.00 charged to the team captain.
