Dig out your favorite Spandex and crack open your favorite bottle of muscle oil because it’s time for Anduzzi’s 2nd Annual Strongest Customer Competition! If you ever catch yourself flexing in the mirror or seeing how many grocery bags you can carry in one trip, this is the event for you. Show off your strength in five fun events that will make your biceps ripple and your deltoids scream for mercy.
Of course, you can’t just enter a strength contest all willy-nilly! This isn’t a carnival game where you swing a hammer to ring a bell. This is a serious competition for people who are seriously buff. It’s for people who eat nails for breakfast and tacks for snacks. You have to prepare both mentally and physically before you bare your brawn.
To help you get ready for the competition, here are a few training tips.
Anduzzi’s massive burgers require serious strength and stamina. With all of those patties and toppings, you’re lifting a solid pound with every bite! If you want the most bang for your buck, grab an Anduzzi’s Burger or a Steakhouse Burger. The extra meat and cheese is going to add a few precious ounces to this workout routine. This exercise is simple. Grab your burger in both hands, then slowly lift it up to your mouth. Then, things get messy. Take a bite, lower the burger, and repeat. Do 10 reps. If you find that your biceps are getting TOO big, alternate between reps with a lighter weight, like a French fry.
Everyday is leg day, so don’t neglect your quads! Booth Squats will tighten up your thighs faster than you can say, “My legs feel like jelly.” At your favorite Anduzzi’s, find a booth that feels right. You’ll know it when you see it. Then, before sitting down with your family for a nice meal, complete a squat under the guise of looking for a dropped wallet. Repeat for 5 reps. Start your meal, then pretend to drop a fork. Repeat for 5 reps. You can pretend to drop stuff under the booth as many times as you think your legs can handle!
This is a great full body workout for those who want a buff bod quickly. The Fan Cheer involves joining your pals at Anduzzi’s during a game. You can check out our sports calendar to plan your workouts. Every time your team does something great, jump in the air. Keep your core tight and your fists pumped. When you land, go into a squat, then jump again. Repeat 3 times.
If your team isn’t doing so hot this season, you can try our alternate plan. Every time that your team disappoints you, do 5 pushups. Tell your friends that this is the only way you can deal with your frustration. They’ll understand.
The Anduzzi’s Strongest Customer Competition takes place on June 29th, so make sure you’re squeezing in as much training at your local Anduzzi’s before then!
