Anduzzi’s Tex-Mex Dishes are a Fiesta in Your Mouth!

Craving something south of the border, but tired of your local chain taco drive-thru? Anduzzis is serving up hot takes on Tex-Mex dishes, including appetizers and entrees that turn up the heat on some classic favorites. It’s cheesy, it’s meaty, and it’s got a flavor-packed punch that’s sure to satisfy.

Appetizers

Anduzzi’s Santa Fe Egg Rolls are hand made daily! They’re fresh flour tortillas filled with grilled chicken, spinach, green & red peppers, jalapeño, cilantro, corn, black beans and pepper jack cheese, then lightly friend for an undeniable crunch you can’t get enough of. Dip them into our signature ranch sauce to amp the flavor up to eleven.

The Nacho Granduzzi is a force to be reckoned with. You’ll get crispy, house-fried tortilla chips, piled high with your choice of shredded beef barbacoa or seasoned chipotle chicken, house-made queso cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, jalapenos, sour cream and salsa.

Sandwiches and Salads

Our Santa Fe Wrap is the lunch-version of our Santa Fe Egg Rolls, filled with seasoned chipotle chicken, shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, corn, black beans, red peppers, poblano pico de gallo, shredded cheese and ranch dressing in a garden vegetable wrap.

We don’t mean to be cheesy, but our Queso Chimichanga is going to change the way you see Tex-Mex.  You’ll get your choice of seasoned chipotle chicken or shredded beef barbacoa with shredded cheeses rolled in a lightly fried flour tortilla topped with craft-made queso sauce and poblano pico de gallo. Served with sour cream and salsa on request, and you’ll definitely want them!

Trying to keep it on the lighter side? Ditch the tortilla. Our Southwest Chicken Salad takes all your favorite bits from the Santa Fe wrap and places them on a bed of good-for-you romaine and spring greens.

Our undeniably delicious shredded beef barbacoa tacos come in tasty corn tortillas with shredded lettuce, poblano pico de gallo, pickled onions, queso fresco, fresh cilantro, and cilantro lime sour cream.

Prefer pollo? Try Anduzzi’s signature chipotle chicken in corn tortillas with shredded lettuce, poblano pico de gallo, corn, black beans, queso fresco, fresh cilantro, and cilantro lime sour cream.

These tacos aren’t shrimpy in size, but they pack a ton of delicious shrimp flavor. Our Bang Bang shrimp tacos feature beer battered shrimp in flour tortillas topped with tomato, shredded cabbage, green onion and a spicy bang bang sauce.

The Ahi Tuna tacos are fusion cuisine at its finest, with tender strips of seared ahi tuna in flour tortillas with shredded lettuce, poblano pico de gallo and cilantro lime sour cream.
