The Mickey Mouse Club. Elvis. Poodle Skirts. Broasted Chicken. The 1950s brought a lot of fun things into American homes, but nothing quite as delicious as this unique take on fried chicken. If you’re looking for the best broasted chicken in Green Bay, look no further than your local Anduzzi’s!
Created by L.A.M. Phalen in the early part of the decade, while looking for a faster way to cook this classic favorite. Combining the power of a pressure cooker with the crispiness that comes from deep frying, we get the glory that is the broasted chicken. Marinated, soaked, and breaded, it’s all the delicious crunch of fried chicken without the greasy fingers.
Anduzzi’s is proud to offer Wisconites our take on broasted chicken, along with other made-from-scratch, better-than-mama-makes home cooked meals that is sure to stick to your ribs. Read on, but be warned… We are not responsible for grumbling stomachs or watering mouths.
There’s nothing like a Friday Fish Fry to kick your weekend off right. Anduzzi’s offers two fine selections of fresh, flakey fish.
Order our Icelandic Hand Breaded Cod, and you’ll be feasting on premium, hand breaded North Atlantic cod fillets served with coleslaw, marble rye bread, tartar sauce and your choice of side. We like to send our regards to the other side of the pond with golden brown seasoned fries for a delicious fish and chips meal that you won’t have to jump on a plane for.
The Fresh Lake Perch plate offers up four fillets of fresh lake perch fried golden brown and served with coleslaw, marble rye bread, tartar sauce and choice of side. Keep it light with a side salad or our seasonal vegetables.
If you like starting the weekend with a Friday Fish Fry, you’ll love ending it with a Sunday Chicken Dinner. Of course, the star of the show is the four piece marinated chicken, lightly breaded and served up tender, juicy, and golden brown. You’ll get a nice helping of coleslaw, along with your choice of side. We’re fans of the potato salad. It’s like having picnic without the ants!
The age-old question continues to rage on… Do you want soup or salad? At Anduzzi’s, you don’t have to choose!
That’s not completely true. You will have to choose between a cup of our chicken booyah, chicken wild rice, or chili. The chicken booyah is our take on a hearty, traditional Belgian soup loaded with chicken, potatoes, onions, cabbage, carrots, corn, celery, green beans, tomatoes and peas. The chicken wild rice showcases house-made chicken and wild rice cream soup simmered with carrots, mushrooms, celery and onions. The chili is a big hit, served to your specifications with your choice of pasta, cheese, and onions.
As if that wasn’t enough to get you in your car (or to our new online order page!), you’ll also get a refreshing garden salad and a thick slice of 9-grain bread.
If you prefer foods that you can eat with one hand, so you can cheer with the other, you can’t go wrong with our wraps.
The Santa Fe packs an aggressive Tex-Mex flavor, with Seasoned chipotle chicken, shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, corn, black beans, red peppers, poblano pico de gallo and shredded cheese, with jalapeño ranch dressing in a jalapeño cheddar wrap.
If you’re craving a refreshing take on your classic California Club, go for the California Turkey Wrap— smoked turkey, fresh spinach and spring greens, avocado slices, bacon, red onion, tomato and jalapeño ranch dressing, wrapped up cozily in a jalapeño cheddar tortilla.
Don’t let your weekend go by hungry. Stop by Anduzzi’s, and you’re sure to leave satisfied.
